Hope is more than just wishing things to be different. It is knowing that things will change, and that you have the power to influence and embrace that change. Feeling hopeful is a key contributor to better mental health. The good news: you don’t even have to classify yourself as an optimist to be hopeful.

Curiosity

Why focus on curiosity? Curiosity is an Element that can quite rapidly reshape our brains. We become what we think, and by changing the way we think we can reframe how we see things. Curiosity can help us see things in different, positive ways that help us reprogram the neural pathways in our minds.

Awe

Awe might seem like a rare occurrence and entirely outside of your control... but, that’s not true! Awe is about letting in more of the good and allowing yourself to just be with that experience. And you don’t have to be in just the right place at just the right time to experience it.

Fun

Although Fun might seem like a light-weight topic compared to some of our other Elements, it's really not. Fun is one of the most overlooked factors for optimal mental and physical health. That's why we spend a whole month adulting-up and getting serious about having more fun.
