THE FIRST EXPERIMENT

Infusions

Microdosed meditations that [benefit, like below]

These are brief, unique meditation practices. With our infusions, the goal is, over the course of one week, to complete both an AM and a PM meditation daily. The AM is three minutes and the PM is five minutes.

THE SECOND EXPERIMENT

Loosening the Grip of Thought

Shake loose the patterns of thinking that make us feel bad.

  • Grounded in CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) and works with what are sometimes called the cognitive distortions.
  • Loosen the grip of thought on the false stories we tell ourselves—that we are broken and don’t belong
  • The goal isn’t to *stop* the thinking, but rather work to create new possibilities, new patterns of thinking that are true and serve us better
THE THIRD EXPERIMENT

Applying Mindfulness for Change

Learn how to apply mindfulness daily.

  • The three aspects of mindfulness; see what is, accept what is, then act wisely.
  • Just like a good architect would do if they're working on a blueprint, envision the change in our minds first.
  • Insight is great, but it doesn't do everything it could without smart and effective action.
  • Harness the power of awareness, attention and intention to make sound healthy changes.
THE FOURTH EXPERIMENT

Dialogue with Your Soul

Learn how to look inwards for wisdom.

  • Do the courage work to see this part of ourselves as a completely reliable, supportive ally that we can learn to listen to and be guided by.
  • Cultivate this relationship with our inner selves so you can also benefit from it.
  • Framework to learn that you can adjust and get creative with to address multiple stuck points, decisions, or struggles that you want to gain insight and support on.
