Sponsorship Opportunities
Help boost resilience and spread more joy
Your sponsorship helps bring evidence-based mental health tools to those who need it. Joy Lab was created to address a real gap in public mental health by offering accessible and impactful tools that help people build life-long skills that feel empowering. Â
Joy Lab’s unique model is primarily built on a free weekly podcast that helps listeners build on their strengths, cultivate more resilience, and support their mental health in ways that don’t feel dismissive, disempowering, or dry.
Listeners can pair the podcast with actionable practices that we call “Experiments.” These short but powerful practices are available through a podcast-platform subscription or our Joy Lab+ app. Whether folks just listen or listen and experiment, the aim is to build sustainable habits that support their mental health through small, repeatable weekly practices.
Joy Lab podcast
Joy Lab is a free, weekly podcast that blends science and soul to help listeners navigate stress, build genuine resilience, and tap into more joy. Hosted by Dr. Henry Emmons and Dr. Aimee Prasek, episodes draw on cognitive behavioral therapy, positive psychology, and the science of mindfulness.
Joy Lab Experiments
Each Joy Lab episode pairs with an Experiment. These are simple, evidence-based practices that help listeners recognize unhelpful patterns, practice and grow their mental health strengths, and build new skills that last beyond the episode.
Why partner with Joy Lab?
- Support individuals who are seeking out tools to support their wellbeing and mental health.
- Help make these evidence-based practices more accessible to people who need them. Tools like Joy Lab are aimed to provide upstream support that improves treatment-seeking behaviors, decreases the risk of more serious mental health issues, and reduces future economic and societal costs.
- Help fund formal outcome measurement and impact for public mental health initiatives. This is a huge gap in our public health system.
- Help keep the podcast an ad-free and no-cost mental health resource that’s available to all who need it.
- Support what our communities need most right now: Resilience-building resources that strengthen individuals and communities.
- Ranked in the top 1% of nearly four million globally tracked podcasts and was nominated for an Ambie award, one of the podcast industry’s top awards. These milestones are evidence that mental health podcasts are something folks are seeking and Joy Lab is meeting their needs.
- 14,000+ weekly podcast downloads with continued increase month-after-month.
- Listener retention rate averages 88%. When folks start an episode they finish it.
- 20,000+ monthly touches across social media and newsletter provides another avenue of support between podcast episodes.
Partnership Opportunities
Our goal is to reach 150,000 listeners in 2027 and we need your support.
