Weekly Experiments tied directly to the Podcast. Before, the Program Experiments and Podcast episodes were loosely connected. Now they're directly linked. Listen to an episode, then head into your Program to take action. It's a more powerful recipe for learning and for creating real, lasting change.
New Elements of Joy. Joy Lab has long worked through 12 core Elements that research identifies as powerful predictors of good mental health. We're expanding that list because there are lots of paths to joy, and we want to offer you more of them.
